Private support, thoughtfully delivered.
Cheshire Day Training offers a small number of private programmes for owners who want calm, practical support delivered with discretion, structure, and a high standard of personal service.
Each programme is designed to create meaningful progress in real life — not through rushed sessions or generic advice, but through considered in-home work tailored to the dog and the household.
All new clients begin with a Private Canine Assessment.
Private Canine Assessment
The first step for all new clients.
A 90-minute private in-home assessment designed to understand your dog, your household, your current challenges, and the most appropriate path forward.
This is a clear, thoughtful starting point for owners who want professional guidance before moving into a programme.
Includes
a 90-minute private in-home assessment
discussion of routines, concerns, and goals
initial practical guidance
a tailored recommendation for next steps
Investment from £175
The Concierge Day Training Programme
A more exclusive, more hands-on service for owners who want meaningful progress without relying on weekly classes or carrying the full burden of implementation themselves.
This is Cheshire Day Training’s signature programme: private in-home support in which much of the practical foundation work is carried out directly with the dog, before being transferred clearly and confidently back to the owner.
Delivered over four weeks, it typically includes:
a Private Canine Assessment
three private half-day training visits
one owner handover session
tailored support between visits
Each half-day visit is designed to allow calm, focused work in real-life settings, with the time and space needed to build meaningful progress properly.
This programme is particularly well suited to busy households, adolescent dogs needing structure, and owners who value privacy, convenience, and a more considered level of support.
Investment from £1,450
The Young Dog Reset
A private programme for young and adolescent dogs who need greater calm, clearer boundaries, and more consistent structure.
Designed for dogs who feel lively, unruly, overexcited, or simply difficult to live with day to day, this programme helps create a more settled and more manageable rhythm at home and on walks.
Delivered over two weeks, it typically includes:
a Private Canine Assessment
two private in-home training visits
owner guidance and handover
tailored follow-up recommendations
These training visits are typically extended private sessions, allowing the time needed for practical work without feeling rushed.
Areas of focus may include recall foundations, lead walking, household manners, settling, jumping up, and everyday structure.
Investment from £695
The Behaviour Implementation Programme
A private support programme for dogs whose day-to-day behaviour requires a more tailored, more thoughtful level of help.
Designed for owners managing more difficult household challenges, this programme focuses on calm handling, practical management, clearer routines, and real-life implementation.
Delivered over four to six weeks, it is shaped around the individual dog and household, but typically includes:
a Private Canine Assessment
two to three private support visits
practical in-home implementation
owner guidance and tailored follow-up support
These support visits are typically extended in-home sessions, giving the time needed to work carefully and appropriately around the dog, the environment, and the household.
Depending on the case, support may include calmer structure, handling guidance, boundaries, muzzle conditioning, and more workable daily routines.
Investment from £1,250
